Console game sales are up…
Video game sales rose 22% to 2.2 billion in the first quarter of the year. Normally video games sales in first quarter drop as industry recovers from Christmas. The growth was attributed to the PSP and DS, but consoles not handhelds led the sales. Maybe that was because there was at least one A+++ title for consoles released every week. Kinda proves the point, release a strong game and the sales will come.
