Opening the Ninja Pirate
Well after a few months of hard work I finally opened the Ninja Pirate in Pflugerville, Texas. Opening up a comic book/video game/game store has been a long dream of mine and well I finnially did it. The rode to opening was well a living nightmare, I think everything that could go wrong went wrong. Everything from not having a floor, to my electriction running off with my exit sign, getting the wrong mail key causing me to miss a rent payment, to fights I have had with the city of Pflugerville. At this point it was well worth it, I have enjoy most of the time I have spent in the shop and look forward to seeing my customers everyday. One ironic twist is my big seller is Anime and Anime goods. I don’t know if many of you know this but well I am not that big of a fan of Anime. The weird thing is everyday I do get to be bigger and bigger fan of it andI have started to actually enjoy some of it. Just don’t tell anyone, I am suppose to be the die hard anime hater of this group. So if you are ever in the Austin, Texas area and want to meet me I am at the Ninja Pirate. We are in Pflugerville, Texas right of I-35 (Well Branch, 1825) exit before Austin right next to the Pflugerville High School. Yes the high school where Friday night lights is filmed. Heck who knows I may shop may be on Friday Night Lights.
